    CUCM 10.5 Drops SIP Calls on Hold At 5 minutes

    Just found out that when a call over our SIP trunk gets put on hold, it drops at 5 minutes if not picked up before then. It does not happen with calls from our PRI, they can sit on hold all day. Any suggestions on how to get SIP calls to remain on hold for whatever amount of time ?

    Does the Answered total include the Answered After Threshold amount ? Or are they 2 seperate counts ? For instance...Answered = 12, Answered After Threshhold = 5. Is the 5 included in the 12, or is that 17 calls answered. Some numbers aren't fitting together correctly. (by a lot)
