I have a user that's programmed to forward to CUC after 4 rings. I verified that they are setup correctly in both CUCM and CUC, but the call goes to default message. What can cause this?

I have minimum expreience with Express Unity. One of my customers is having a problem with messages being delivered to users mailboxes. It is interminted. Callers leaves a message in a user mailbox, but when the user checks their mailbox it is not there.
