    not working Accessing To Voicemail from a cellphone??

    Hi, i have a BCM 450 R1 we setup the voicemails also setup an auto attendet but when i try to listen to voicemail from a cell phone the call get disconnected here is what i do calling the number with the auto attendet press ** and right away the call get disconected any ideas??

    i have two different offices one has bcm450 r1 and the other has bcm450r5 i want to make the bcm r1 together with the bcm r5 they all have different ext digits i dont know where to start thanks for your help
