we integrated IPO with Session manager by sip trunk. When we are calling on both side, we don't get the name of the caller, instead we get extension number ONLY.
Is possible to get name as well.

CCR,CSCM and voicemailpro all was working fine.
suddenly while saving the new user configuration we couldn't ping IPO from both ports(LAn/wan).

9608 phones are not registering with IPO 500 V2.Where 16xx series phones are working fine.
IPO v2 SW version is 6.1(20)
9608 phone firmware is 6.0 service pack 4.1
Is it known issue?
