    Phone Manager 4.2.31 not dialing correctly.

    Trying to dial through Phone Manager. Enter phone number and click call, the extension Off-Hooks and we hear a dial tone, but no digits are dialed. If we dial without a leading 9, we get the error siren. What are we doing wrong? Using XP and Win7 64bit. Multiple computers.
