B channels 15 to 23 go idle when they are to stay disabled.WHY?
I have a mics 4.1 that has 14 b-channels provisioned and idle but channels 15 to 23 go idle when they should be near end disabled. the channel 15 to 23 stay deprovisioned but for some reason they go back to idle in the link portion in maintenance and the user goes to dial out but gets no free...- linecord
