We have problems with our analog lines (CS1000E) when used as alarm system monitoring.It sends erroneous data to the central monitoring office. But if they use the local telco lines its working fine. Is there any compatability issue here? are there any settings in cs1000 to make this work?

anyone can offer tips on how to extract the DN and TN only from my logs in notepad into an excel spreadsheet. It would really save me a lot of time in creating a 2000 dn, tn list on excel.
