    Meridian/ Norstar Prime to ringing line

    Just had a new phone system installed and when a line is ringing, if it is just picked up nothing happens. You have to press the correct line button, and then it takes a second to connect through before you can hear the other party. This only happens when receiving external calls. Intercom calls...
