    XN120 will not Boot

    Spare XN120 has been on shelf for some 3 years. Existing system has failed so installed spare. On boot the system phone 'clicks' as expected whilst the s/w loads except it never gets to the end. How can I get the system to boot? (Button cell battery flat?)
