My customer just informed me that they are opening several new sites. However, they don't want to purchase new IPO's for the other sites they want to replace the existing PRI with an MPLS circuit and put IP phones in the other sites. IPO 6.0 with Embeded VM call routing
Got a IP Office 500 V2 running 6.08 with embedded VM. The client wants all the calls coming into the main number to ring 3 times at the receptionist desk (x200) and then go to the AA. I have the incoming call route going to the receptionist (x200) then the fallback is set to go to AA:custAA...- ADGComm
