User running W2K SP4 with IE6 SP1, leaves computer on overnight, and in morning can't use IE. No changes were made to the machine, and negative for viri, adware, trojans etc.
On launch, IE stops with frame drawn, including title bar with default site name, URL and body fields still transparent...

On our W2K SP4 mail server, running Exch 5.5, with W2K, 98 & 95 clients using Outlook Exp:
Every few weeks, the year on the server date is reset to 2020. I suspect this is a spammer trying to get his messages to the top of the inbox.
There's probably a port I haven't closed off, but I'm not...
On a computer I'll call LocalHost, running OffXP on WinXP, I have a workbook with several macros attached. Their function is applying cell formatting. To make them accessible, I created a toolbar and made custom buttons with the macros attached.
This worked fine until LocalHost was needed...
