I have a 5550 which keeps randomly losing its connection to the PC. I would like to swap out the 5550 for a 5212 or a 5330, as I think the 5550 itself is at fault. Could you please advise how I achieve this, and what configuration steps I need to take?

Can anybody tell me what happens to licenses stored on a 3300 after you have upgraded the software? If i upgrade without visiting the AMC, do I lose all license information on the 3300? Is it possible during an offline upgrade, to NOT visit the AMC? Thanks.
