    Changing Speed Dials

    Right now our company can pick up the phone and dial #8035 and get one of our remote locations. I need to change the number, however. I have checked the abbreviated dial areas and I can't find it anywhere. The number #8035 dials is not in there. Where else can I look?

    Bypassing Checkpoint Firewall

    If I wanted to bypass the firewall and go straight to the net, what would my settings have to be? Would I have to put the firewalled gateway in as my gateway in my network tcp/ip settings? Please advise. We are trying to ensure users can't pull off any stunts to get around our firewall.

    What is the command for adding a toll number to the Definity GS3I system. We have 800, 877, 888 etc. I need to add 866 and I cannot remember how.
