    UC Softphone

    Hello everyone, I have setup UC softphone on my laptop. Able to make outbound calls with softphone/usb headset. However when i dial my own extension (on main 3300 controller) i cannot get the softphone to pick up incoming calls. Any advice? Tips? Thanks.
