Out-going calls not showing correct number
I have one user that is having this issue. Every other user's phone works fine. Details: Call From ###-###-5720 Call to Any number outside the office Result call connected and caller ID showed ###-###-5720 It should show ###-###-5555 like all the rest. Including the profile for his phone...- LS1233

Real Time Reporting Error
Real Time Reporting seems to have stopped working on machines that are outside of the same subnet of the symposium call center server.
