I just added a new line to my KSU (ox32)
Basically, I terminated the new line into the switch using the same port as the old line i took out. Now i need to figure out how to get the system to see this line as well as how to input the number. Thanks in advance.
I have to add 3 new lines to my KSU tomorrow. I have several lines that are no longer in use thus i was thinking of terminating the 3 new lines in the place of 3 of the old lines i plan to remove. Would this be an acceptable way of getting these lines into the switch or is it better to just add...

I need to set up one line to be answered by the AA on our NAM. Other departments currently use the AA and have CCR trees. I would like to have this one line ring 3 times and then answered by AA. My goal is to record a message giving the extension numbers for my group and allowing the caller to...
On one of my lines, if the call is not answered, it goes to a general delivery mailbox. I would like for this not to happen. I would prefer to set up a message that provides the extensions for the group members and allow the callers to dial the 4 digit extension at anytime. If possible, i dont...

I have a group using a CICS, with 2-incoming lines. Line 1 has alot of static someday's while other days there is none. The local bell say they cannot detect any trouble. The static can only be heard internally, not by the outside parties. Any idea where i should start to remedy this problem?

I have recently taken over administration duties on a Octel 200 running with a Toshiba PBX. There is no terminal at the Octel to connect so that I can try to figure out how to reset passwords and delete old users. Any help is greatly appreciated.
