    New Line Added to KSU

    I just added a new line to my KSU (ox32) Basically, I terminated the new line into the switch using the same port as the old line i took out. Now i need to figure out how to get the system to see this line as well as how to input the number. Thanks in advance.

    No dial Tone

    Customer just installed a new security systemm. Now, after its armed or disarmed, the line one has no dial tone until the number is called from an external source. Once the number is dialed once or twice, the line somehow begins working again. Anyone have any idea what could be happening here?

    Static on One line (CICS)

    I have a group using a CICS, with 2-incoming lines. Line 1 has alot of static someday's while other days there is none. The local bell say they cannot detect any trouble. The static can only be heard internally, not by the outside parties. Any idea where i should start to remedy this problem?

    Im trying to allow a couple of sets to redirect a non network call. I have changed the setting on each set to allow redirect, but when i try to enter the number i want to transfer to, it gives a message no free lines! Can someone please tell me what more i should do? Thanks
