    CX with MCD7.1. DDI points to a ring group (ring all) but an external call rings the group with a single ring rather than the ring ring we should have here in the UK. Any ideas or is the customer mis reporting?

    Java warnings after latest upgrade

    Latest update of Java gives thsi warning (attached) on a MCD5 install (so not that old). Anyone seeing this on MCD6? Perhapos its time for Mitel to ditch Java for backups...? Comments guys? p.s. I have put this on here as well as the other site to get the widest audience.

    Mitel Dect headset

    Anyone used one? Just supplied a customer with one and it works except you can't answer a call (internal) by pressing the hookswitch on the headset (which works as we have been able to pair it. any help appreciated.
