I was wondering if there's a way of finding out when a call is parked and where.
Query from a 3rd party SIP end point.
I wonder if there's some code we can write to query the IP office?
Any ideas?

Created user, SIP Extension with 3rd party IP end point reserved.
When login, I can see the extension registering but not the user.
Tried Zoiper, Acrobits and both didn't work.

Trying to find a way for operators to keep a call active while still working (even if not on the phone) on a received call.
Wrap up time doesn't work as they never know how long they need.
Billing charges per minute so leaving the call active would be great.

Hey guys,
been having the same issue and was not able to nrun the java fix.
in IP Office, System I changed from Voicemail Pro/Manager (time settings with Time Server Address as IP of My VM PC) to none
and noticed I was on Central time instead of Eastern Time.
Changed that...
Maybe a silly question ..
But I don't seem to see an easy way to do this...
Basically there's a Voicemail on a hunt group... someone calls and leave a message..
But before hung up, someone might want to review his message.. Option 8 doesn't seem to work

Keep getting reports from operators using a third party app connected to IP Office using TAPI2.
Suddenly calls are ceasing to show on the application till is restarted.
I have been reading around and it might be related to Win10... but I suspect it is not just the case.

Late night I know... but I can't get my head around the Line Appearance on the softphone.
The user on the phone has 3 Appearance buttons. Can see 3 calls.
When logged in the softphone can see many ... how can I stop that?
Nowhere to be found...

I'm experiencing an issue with TAPI (user 4.2.64 and 4.2.62) where a call displayed on an Operator's PC disappears although still on the actual phone. Logs showing the call as 'terminated'.

This is new believe it or not..
there are 2 extensions plugged in (call each other ok)
TAPI cannot see any.
and I see this error...
Anything silly I am missing out on?

Operator has 3 Call Appearance.
Using a third party interface (using TAPI) Operator is presented with calls..

I really don't know where to start..
A client running 9.0.73
Manager runs very very slow and I guess I know already why (too many hunts..., 1500+ inc call routesto ind hunt).
A validation takes a good 10 minutes but at the end, there are no errors showing.

I know I can set queueing for hunt groups and have bespoke announcements.
Problem: I have 300 hunt groups and would like to use the same wav file for all of the hunt groups.
LVM Utility asks for a user extension.
Any ideas...
