    Line disconnect supervision on partner

    Is there a setting for DS in Auto Attendant or on lines? The trouble is a caller gets a mailbox and hangs up but the line never disconnects. The mailbox keeps recording the beep,beep,beep,beep,beep. Its a partner acs with messaging large card.

    I'm a newby to the merlin, but had a customer call us asking how to externally forward a phone? They want to forward calls ringing on an extension out to a cell phone. My guess was press fwd then 9 and the number but it wont take the 9. It only takes the 3 digit extension.

    IP Office R7 Embedded vm. We set up # for dial by name action. Set the setting for last name. made sure name is recorded in mailbox *05, and full name in user setting. When I get the AA and press # then the system promts me to dial the last name and #. We get name not found. Seems very simple...
