Scheduling reports on Avaya CMS Supervisor 16 / r14server
I'm trying to schedule daily agent reports and export the table data to a common folder. For the most part I've got the reports scripted and scheduled using the -1 switch for the date- How can I do the same for all agents in the skill that day up to the time the interval report runs?
