    5550 Console- Comments field on BLF

    Hello We recently had a Mitel 3330 system installed and have a 5550 at our reception desk. When we look at the BLF on the 5550 we can see a comments field but it is greyed out. Does anyone know how to enable that field so we can use it to enter information? Thanks for the help
