    i get ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff as a mac address. i can't use it to dhcp

    i have a problem. i can't get one our office computer to have regular mac address such as "00-20-BF-3F-00-00" for example. i have used diffrent nics but to no avail. it is always ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff. i can't have this computer connected to the network. help anyone? thnx in adv.
