We have CM 6.2 and Ecas 8.1. I have some virtual station that I can pull reports for but any new virtual station I set up recently comes with no data.

When a call is made to main extension 71012 with coverage path 63 and goes thru point 1 and point 2 then when it is supposed to go to ext 71012 VM it is going to ext 76744 VM instead which is Point 1...

I tried to unpack the SP6 using the web interface but I keep getting this error: "Command Failed: Service Pack publication date is after the Support End Date in the license file"
BTW, I installed the SP 6 on all LSPs without any issues.

I have a new location and whenever I call a user the call does not go to their personal mailbox but it is picked up by MM asking for the mailbox extension. The Avaya MM is R5.2 and it is direct SIP to CM 6.2.
All users in that location have mailboxes.

I have a weird issue. When I call from a CA number I can push zero and be transferred to an external vdn but when I call from a TX number it takes me back to " welcome to Avaya messaging..." The mailbox in question belongs to a user in our Texas branch so I am not sure if it is a routing issue...

I have a new Media gateway G430 and I configured the IP address but i cannot seem to ping the CM. The G430 is plugged into a layer 2 switch.

I run a real-time report and it shows a call waiting and this since yesterday but the time is 00.
All agents are available and if there is a new call it shows as 2 then after they take the call it stays in 1 again.
Any ideas??

We have an ODBC connection to the CMS database and we are running into an issue where we tried to run on some agents for a particular date in the last month but it show all agents except one that was moved to another split/skill prior to that date.
We were relying on the table "agroups" but...
Did anyone ever set up EC500 with prompts?
Example: if someone calls to activate their EC500 they hear prompts asking them to put their FAC, extension, password.....
We are running Cm 8510.
