    Best way to access a 3300 from the internet.

    I have a Sip license and set up an extension and I was wondering what would be the best way to be able to make calls from anywhere. Would having the 3300 open to the internet be a bad idea? Does STUN work kind of like a firewall? What if I closed all but the necessary ports?

    Check alarms on Mitel 3300 MXe

    I have an alarm that shows up on the top of the web management page, when I go to Maintenance and Diagnostics > Alarm Details, it really doesn't show what the problem is. Is there anywhere that I can see more info on the alarms?

    Caller ID Name on Mitel 3300 MXe

    Is there a way to set the caller ID as a name rather than just a number on a 3300. I know you can use the CPN Substitution form to get a number.
