    We got past the errors with generating and uploading the directory, now we are unable to search the directory through the phones.. The directory is present and we are able to scroll through it just not search?? any ideas?

    We have agents on active ACD calls showing to be idle/available on the rtd's. We are fully patched, cs1000 4.5, cp 5.0, ccms/cccma 6.0. Any ideas?

    We have discovered that, we have agents showing idle on our real time displays, yet they are actually on an ACD call. We have nortel cs1000 4.5, call pilot 5.0, ccms,ccma 6.0 and we are fully patched on all systems.
