    Voice Mail through SEB

    Our phone guy just left the company and I need to make a couple changes in a remote office. What I need to know is how I get to Mer Mail though the SEB. When I select transparent port and try 1 or 2 both take me to the PBX. Any insight would be appreciated.

    How to turn on DTMF tones when on conference with a Norstar

    I am trying to see if anyone has more ideas on how to turn on the DTMF tones on a Norstar 8 x 24 when you are on a conference call. I have tried feature 808 and that is not working. We use a third party recorded statment service and you control your recording with key inputs from the phone.

    DTMF TONES WHILE ON CONFERENCE CALL

    I need the Norstar to send DTMF tones when in conference mode, but it appears by default a Norstar does not do that. How can we get the system to generat the tone while on a conference call.
