Anyone having this problem? The documents display the wrong program icon (i.e. an Excel spreadsheet has a Word icon) but it continues to function properly. Intermittent - reboot seems to "fix" it, at least temporarily. I've heard using F5 (refresh) fixes it but have not seen it work...
