Connecting EU24 to Avaya 5621
Got a back-lit EU24 and plugged it into a 5621 (x135). Phone restarted, EU24 lites up, I see the colons down the side of the display, and I can switch back and forth between the 2 pages. I used Manager to add 2 "dial" buttons on the EU24. The labels do not appear in the display. If I push the...- Chuck888

Replacing a module
I'm new to working on IP Office. I need to replace a module. We're using IP Office 500 V2 version 8.0 (44). All I need to do is power down, pull the old one and plug in the new one, then power it back up, but. . . how do I power it down and then power it back up? Just pull the plug? Thanks.- Chuck888
