nortel modular IVR connection issues
I have recently installed a nortel modular system w/T1 trunk card and 2 ASM's which are used to connect to the IVR system via 16 single line ports. I now realize the ASM.s won't pass caller ID to the IVR, but I am having disconnect issues with the IVR when calls are received......help!- dialtonems
