Hi all.. I have a payroll spreadsheet that I need help with. I hve the 31 days of the month. What I need to do is caculate every seven days, if the total of the 7 days is greater than 60 hrs, then overtime is calculated. My biggest problem is that these 7 days spill into the next month. IE...

At the bottom of these colums I would like the total of each colum.. I tried a cross tab querry.. but did not get the results I wanted.

I'm having a brain fart.... I need to have a refence only box.. IE I have a querry list for address location by I want the address of the location to show as well.
Also.... When I run a querry it keeps inputing all 22 addresses. Some record info but with each diffrent address...

I have a dbase for all my cd's for my dj company. Is there a way for access to list all the possilbe titles or artists for say a 3 letter input. IE: if I were to type "TWA" as a artist name... could it come up with Twain Shania or any other possiblies?

I all.... I've got a dbase that i use as mail list. Now I would like to be able to generate 2 seperate lists from this same dbase. I have a check box that I use to identify the names I would like. But how could I have just the names checked off used as an envople lable.

Hi all... I'm kinda new to the dbase stuff. I can make tables,reports,quirries ect... But I would like to get better and start learning SQL. I seams that you can do more this way. What's the best, quickest and eaiest way to learn this? I don't have a whole lot of time to spend on this so...
I've got my table <table1> done... The forms I need done... Now I just need a quirre that asks for a client's name and reports back all or some the sales done with this client... I've got a quirre started that prompts for the name.. but will not pull the data I need... IE. last date shipped...
