    Internal call forward off site

I'm trying to for an ext(6901) to a 1800XXXXXXX off site. I have tried both ACD DN and phantom DN and they both work if I forward to a local DN using ACOD 9 and LD DN using ACOD 8. 1800 is programmed as an SPN to go out the same RLB that the local calls go out. Any suggestions?

The time in the switch is correct as well as the time on the CallPilot server. I also checked that the time zone was set correctly. What else would cause this to happen?
