    Aloha problems

    We have just started getting an error message the setup program has detected that you do not have DCOM installed. Would you like to install now? This error has coincided with problems with grinding and our EOD has not been running successfully since this message started appearing.

    Aloha kitchen printer issue

    Replaced our kitchen printer epson u220 and new printer (epson u220) will not print, I have set the dip switches. Self test reads receive buffer is full, how do i empty the receive buffer? Thank You for any help

    Accessing Aloha 6.2 system maintenance settings

    I am trying to add an additional table to our floor plan. I was told we were able to do this, and now I find it blocks me saying I don't have proper access level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Changing CC processor in ALoha

    We are using Aloha version 6.2, and have changed processors. Radiant systems will not help us change without paying an additional $300. Does anyone know how to change information, we are in a rural area and still have to use dial up.

    Does anyone know of a way to see how many times the cash drawer was opened or no sales happened? Suspect an employee is not ringing sales just putting cash in drawer and pulling out later Thaks

    finding a deleted credit card payment

    We are using Aloha 6.2.13 and visanet. A server deleted a large credit card payment after cust left. Is there anyway to find the card number and rerun it?
