Does anyone know exactly what the following optons setting do on an Avaya 2420 Digital Phone?
-Headset AGC Enabled
-Headset - TX NR
-Headset - RX Louder
-Headset - Call Center
I have not been able to find any documentation on-line to explain them.

Just updated our Avaya to releae 5.2 and I am looking for info on 'Chained Call Forwarding' and voicemail integration.
I "call forward all" an extension to another extension that has a coverge path to goes to the voicemail system...
