How to Install w2k on athlon 2200+

Fatal ecxeption at emu10k1
When I upgraded my computer from AMD k6-3-400 to an celeron 900 the following message appears on a blue screen every time i start up. Fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:xxxxxxx in VXD emu10k1(01) + 0001273E I have found out that the emu10k1.vxd file is a driver for my sb live soundcard...- wbongo
