    CDR "packed TN" conversion help

    I am trying to decipher what the CDR "packed TN" shows. Our Infortel software treates it as Hex and converts to Dec, but that does not make sense. For example TN088E converts to 12190. Google, Nortel Doc's and the forum searches so far have not turned up any clues. Thanks

    Cant out TN due to supervisor assigned key

    I am trying to out a TN that was assigned a supervisor. I have nulled out the key and changed it to a new ACD id, but the TN still thinks it is there. Any ideas on how to clear that? Am I going to have to out the supervisor phone and rebuild it before outting the tn?
