    Guy's am I doing something wrong when I press the service button I dont see the Telephone Options so I can select headset enable , am I missing something, I'm trying install a headset .

    Question on BCM Backups

    Guy's/ Gal's when doing a Backup to a File on the network is it best to Backup the APPs and the Config or can one or the other be backed up and be enough if you need to restore the BCM, in the past I would do both but do I need to ?

    Guy's will this Norstar support CLID incoming or will it need to upgraded before you can add the CLID card ?

    CSK1 Rls 6.5 (ERR008)

    Guy's/Gal's we are getting ERR008 IPTN Failer (Call Droped) and have rebooted the CSK1 ,Callpilot, SigSer's and nothing has helped a lot of user's are unable to make out bound or receive inbound calls , as soon as the call is answerd the the call drops, any ideas what this might be . Help ! Please

    BCM400 RLS4

    I have a user that wants to turn on LONG TONES for four ext. he wants to avoid having to do the FTR808 is programing a button with FTR808 the only way , he wants this so when they get a call from the gate phone they can open the gate . hope this makes since .

    CCR Tree Transfer to an external #

    On our CCR Tree we would like to have OPT 1 a Transfer Node transfer to an external number, so would I select line (PRI) and then enter a Target Line then put the external number in the Box.

    I have BCM400 with a PRI what is the best way to Restrict calls to an EXT Break Room phone they want out bound but but want incomming calls stopped , I removed the Target line but that cuts it both way's . Thanks in advance

    BCM450 Callpilot

    Guy's when I need to record the Greetings for the auto AA and CCR when I try to dial my number (longDistance) all I get this is an invalid number , I have looked every where to change this so I can dial my long distance number , I know its a setting but cant find it ....What am I missing ?

    Norstar gate phone after hours ringing

    I have a gate phone that rings the Oper. during the day ,after hours 6PM to 6AM it rings the paging system I need to change it to ring 6PM to 8AM, Thanks in advance for any help!

    Transfer to a CCR tree

    ok guy's and gal's I need to be able to; I have phone set up as a Hot line to a mailbox after the person hears the message I want them to press a number and be transferd to a CCR tree is this posible. this is on a BCM50.

    Routing an external number through the BCM450R5

    When a call come's in to ext.xxx(DID) it then CFW to an external number that works fine except if some one unforwards the phone or remove's the phone the calls wont get CFW , is there a way to route calls that come in to this Target line Permanently with out using the set to CFW all calls.

    OK this has to be easy but I can find how to stop it ,when a call come in it will ring 2 times and the AA will answer then when the caller enters an EXT all the phone get a warning tone before the call will ring the ext that the call was directed to. this make any since?
