    BCM 200, a CDR problem

    There´s a BCM 200 version 3.7, configure to send by FTP protocol all the CDR capture to a Server FTP. It´s configured to send the CDR every day, but for some reason the BCM don't send the last 3 day ago. It´s a way to looking for the CDR . . .¿??
