I have a norstar 3x8 dr5.1
We are many phones sharing 2 lines.
Since I am not always in the office, I will like when someone picks up the phone, they would be able to transfer the phone call to an extension, which will AUTOMATICALLY use a second line to call my cell phone.
Is this possible? I...
I have a question, when I pick up the phone and do a transfer on my 3x8 dr5.1, why is it that the person on hold does not hear the ringing? They simply continue to hear my music until the other extensions picks up. We are 6 extensions sharing 2 lines in a pool. Is there any setting i have to do?
I just bought a ATA (Analog Terminal Adapter) and plug it with my Norstar 3x8 dr5.1
the problem is that I can't seem to dial out. Whenever I start dialing, my analog phone gives me this "busy signal" tone.
Plus, even when I unhook my analog phone, i don't see on my m7208 that line 1 or line 2...
How do we lock an extention so that it cannot make long distance calls? I have a norstar 3x8 dr5.1
I have looked at the filters but can't seem to figure it out.
I bought a used phone system. Is it normal that the main unit makes sounds (clicks and tiks) when we receive or make outgoing calls? Just want to make sure that it is not a defective unit.
Does anybody know how to default the system. I bought a used system and cannot get in to the system. when i do "feature"**startup, the phone tells me "Password retry
I need to wire up a norstar 3x8 dr5.1 with 4 stations and a music on hold only. Do I absolutely need a 66 punch in block? or could I simply look for the color on my amphenol cable and connect them directly to the 4 stations and the music on hold.
Just bought a norstar 3x8 with caller ID.
My question is...if I just buy a one end 25 pair pin female to connect to my phone system, could I simply do a direct connection to whichever wire I need...instead of using a 66 block punch block.
I actually need only 4 stations and a music on hold.
