I have an after hours message recorded and system does pick up after 4 rings as configured and plays the message, however at end of message theres no "beep" prompt to leave a message.
Any suggestions??

I'm having problems setting up greetings table, our hours is 8am till 4pm, m-f. the only message I want played is our after hours message.
Now when someone calls during regular hours it goes directly to our after hours message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a BCM50 phone system, yesterday what we suspect was the hard drive was making a loud racket, now the system will not bootup, has 2 amber leds.
We're dead in the water.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
