I am attempting to set Call recording...however when I try to add RECA to CLS it comes back as sch0341.
Do I need to have this CLS enabled somewhere else before I add it to a phone set CLS?

I am having a major issue with our CCMS.
I am unable to ping the server.
When a reboot was performed a RAID 1 error occurs.
Will I have to replace the RAID drive?
If so, will the server need to reconfigured completely?
