    Updates don't instal

    Updates 839645, 841873,842773 will not install, either by automatic update or by downloading the update files separately and installing them. Tried with my own logon (administrator rights) and as "administrator". Next run of automatic update tells me they need to be installed and Belarc...

    Opening XLS files in Outlook XP

    With Windows XP and Office XP - when I try to open an XLS attachment in Outlook, Excel starts but I get an Outlook error message "The system cannot find the specified file". No problems if I save the attachment and open it in Excel, and no problems opening Word documents.

    Administrator problems

    I'm logged in as an administrator but I'm getting error messages telling me I don't have privileges. For example, I cannot add a non P&P printer. I've tired adding a new user with administrator privileges but this new user has the same problems. Any clues where to look?
