    Contact Centre 6 MLS and outbound dialled number

    Hello, We are getting a lot of cti data from MLS on CC6 but don`t ever see outbound dialled number (the number a person in the company dials when making an outbound call. We has set AST and IAPG on phones, SECU on the CC6 link is also on - what other config could we be missing? Thanks

    Hello, we are trying to get MLS to capture outbound dialled number (i.e. when we internally make a call to the outside) but it does not show up in the CT stream. Is there any specific config that needs to be done on the switch so that this type of data becomes availalbe to MLS? Many thanks
