800 DID Problem Solved!
I had a persistent problem where 1 of 5 DID calls would hit dead air for 15 secs, then get a busy signal. All 8 DID trunks were affected. I replaced the 800 DID card but no luck. I knew it was my equipment - . I did a search on what do here and it WORKED!! See...- jk4507
