Problem Importing A Flat File Into Access 2007

Query Returns Correct Number Of Records...Buy Empty
I do have a query that search in just one table. It is a very simple query. Ocacionally it works ok if my source table just contains a few records but if I have lets say 40,000 records I get as a result a table with the correct amount of records but all of them...empty!
