anyone know where I can find out how to stop windows 2000 from 'forgetting' the last used run command, I have a feeling that it may be a policy on our network that is over riding any registry changes on hkey current user but I would like to know where I can check this just in case.

I was under the impression that users couldn't print via a print server if the spooler service wasn't running.
Are there any conditions which would change this?

This sometimes occurs when moving items around within Outlook 98, I came across several instances of this happening and could not find any reference to it at all on Technet. Has anyone else come across this problem and if so, how did they fix it?
