    For all 4 digit extension that come in on our local PRI, if it's not defined in Avaya, I would like to automatically route the call to a SIP trunk connected to Cisco UCM. Can this be done without setting up a route for each number?

    Show actual phone number instead of extension on phone

    Does anyone know of a way for IP phones such as 4621 and 9650's to show the actual phone number instead of just the extension? He have several prefixes and would make it much easier for user if they could see their actual DID number instead of just the extension.

    Agent - When on a DID call, second DID call goes straight to VM

    I have a group a agents who maintly take inbound DID calls, not queue calls. When they receive the second inbound DID call it goes straight to voicemail instead of ringing their second line. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
