    VTC on a Fujitsu 9600

    Need help, im trying to hookup a VTC on my companies Fujitsu 9600, the VTC ive programmed is identical to all the other VTC's we have and it is still not coming up, the error reads "waiting for network activation" the system is a tandberg vision 600, any help would be greatly appreciated
