We have deployed 1603 & 1608. We use the switch of 16xx to network the PC as well. Now since our complete Network is on GIG and the 16xx switch is FE, we are compromising on speed. Any suggestion for the solution..!??

I have above CCR environment with CCR hunt group. I am getting many lost calls inspite of several agents being free. I can see several Agents available in Delta Server Agents Available screen. Even then On Phone Manager Pro the Hunt Group queue has many calls.
