I want to have all incoming calls to a particular extension to be forwarded to an outside line. The outside line would be a cell phone. I know feature 4 lets you forward inside the office, but I can't figure out how to get outside the office.

I have a toshiba satelite laptop that I am trying to load XP onto and keep getting the error code 8192. I've already replaced the memory and I'm still unable to install XP. It happens when the setup is trying to copy over the instillation files. Could this be a CD-ROM issue? I tried loading...
I am trying to add another phone to the group of phones that ring whenever a call comes in, but I can't seem to find that particular setting. Any help would be appreciated.

We updated out our phone equipment a few months back and ever since then, the frequency of the system asking us to change our voice mail passwords has increased quite a bit. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to change this?

Our secretary said she used to be prompted at the end of listening to messages in which one of the options was to forward. All of a sudden, that option is no longer present. What other way can she go about forwarding those messages?

One of our employees forgot the password and has entered an incorrect one too many times, causing it to lock the mailbox. I know you can use feature 983 to unlock and reset passwords, but I can't seem to find the General Delivery Mailbox.

I am trying to access my voice mail from another extension in the office and I though you were supposed to hit ** whenever the greeting comes on. However, when I do this and enter my password, it sends me to the mailbox of the extension I'm currently on, not the mine that I am trying to reach...
When I make a call using handsfree, the person on the receiving end cannot here anything I say, although I can here them. I could not find any setting to change this. Please help.

I know that you can have your calls transferred to your voicemail or elsewhere when you are on a call, but my problem is that it would either just ring and ring, or ring back to the front desk. We want it so that when you are on a call and someone calls you, it rings your line, say 4-5 times...
