    CLID on ACDN

    Hi, I created an ACDN so I can forward a DID. It works however, the CLID is showing the pilot number and not the DID. Is there something I need to change in setting up the ACDN so it sends the DID? Thanks.

    Nortel 81c - Overflow goes to Mail instead of attendant

    Stumped by this - Unanswered calls during the day are not being routed to the alternate attendant. Instead, they go to voice mail. The alternate attendant is on a different switch but the two switches have tie lines. All was working well and there were no programming changes (or so i think).
